Golden Angels Apiary (Singers Glen, Virginia) are producers of natural honey from the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. 

We have both RAW Honey (unheated honey leaves unaltered the nutritional value of honey) and Honey which is heated using a low heat process (heated to 140 degrees). Both options are unfiltered, which leaves in pollens that will build natural immunity to allergies to any pollen. 

Summer Thistle:  Extremely mild, extra light in color, similar in flavor and color to the popular Sourwood Honey obtained in southern Virginia.

Meadow Clover: Light, mild in flavor; good all-purpose honey for teas, cooking, baking.

Virginia Wildflower: Rich, mellow honey, gathered from Virginia's rich variety of wildflowers.  Try in darker cakes, granola, gingerbread, brownies, herb teas.
